怀孕和妊娠是妇女生理上的特殊时期。过去一般认为,这一特殊时期会使妇女“元气”大伤,体力削弱,因而不少人主张妇女产后应该长期休养。可是近年来,国外一些生理学家却发现,对于大多数妇女来说,怀孕和妊娠不但不会削弱体力,反而会使体力增强!尤其是那些长期坚持锻炼的女运动员。他们常常在产后创造出优异的运动成绩,使人们大为惊讶。
Pregnancy and pregnancy are women’s special physiological period.
