为探讨心肌梗塞(MI)后心肌肥大早期肌球蛋白ATP酶活性和同功酶的变化及其意义,本文用大鼠MI模型,于术后第9天和第21天分别测定了非梗塞心肌肌球蛋白ATP酶活性、同功酶分布及心肌细胞直径。结果表明,MI后第9天,在心肌细胞直径增大的同时,肌球蛋白ATP酶活性下降,同功酶V_1含量下降。至MI后第21天,上述这种变化更加明显。结果提示:MI早期随着非梗塞心肌肥大的建立,肌球蛋白ATP酶活性及其同功酶分布也发生了适应性的改变。
In order to investigate the significance of myocardial myosin ATPase activity and isoenzyme in myocardial hypertrophy after myocardial infarction (MI), we used noninvasive myocardial infarction (MI) model on rats on the 9th and 21st days Myosin ATPase activity, isozyme distribution and myocardial cell diameter. The results showed that on the 9th day after MI, while the diameter of myocardial cells increased, the activity of myosin ATPase decreased and the content of isoenzyme V_1 decreased. The 21st day after MI, the above change is more obvious. The results suggest that with the establishment of noninfarcted myocardial hypertrophy in MI early, the changes of myosin ATPase activity and its isoenzyme have also been adaptively changed.
