目的探讨医用X射线工作人员眼晶状体的损害情况。方法收集本区各医院放射科医技人员到本院住院的52例患者的临床表现和职业卫生调查资料,观察和分析眼晶状体的改变。结果 52例均有不同程度的眼晶状体损害,其中视力下降32例(61.54%)、视物模糊43例(82.69%)、视物疲劳6例(11.54%)、眼前飞蚊症12例(23.08%)。38例诊断为职业性放射性白内障Ⅰ期,14例诊断为职业性白内障观察对象。结论 X射线对患者眼晶状体的损害是确切的,但发病是缓慢的。本组病例接触X射线工龄大多在20年以上,说明放射剂量累积到一定程度才能引起眼晶状体损害。
Objective To investigate the damage of lens in medical X-ray workers. Methods The clinical manifestations and occupational health survey data of 52 patients hospitalized by radiologists from various hospitals in our district to our hospital were collected to observe and analyze the changes of the eye lens. Results There were 32 cases (61.54%) of vision loss, 43 cases (82.69%) of visual acuity, 6 cases (11.54%) of visual fatigue, 12 cases of anopheles (23.08 %). 38 cases were diagnosed as occupational radiation cataract Ⅰ, and 14 cases were diagnosed as occupational cataract. Conclusion X-ray damage to the lens of the eye is exact, but the onset is slow. This group of patients exposed to X-ray length of service mostly in more than 20 years, indicating that radiation dose accumulated to a certain extent can cause eye lens damage.
