目的探讨汉族冠心病(CHD)患者中乙醛脱氢酶2(ALDH2)基因多态性与2型糖尿病(T2DM)的相关性。方法汉族CHD无相关患者231例,按照ALDH2基因型分为2组:野生型组(n=145)和突变型组(n=86)。比较两组间T2DM患病率、T2DM危险因素以及饮酒量,分析ALDH2基因型与T2DM患病率之间的相关性。结果ALDH2基因突变型组T2DM患病率明显高于野生型组(P<0.01),其饮酒量显著低于野生型组(P<0.01)。Logistic多元回归分析平衡年龄、吸烟、高血压、甘油三酯因素后,突变型组可能发生T2DM的风险是野生型组的6.08倍(P=0.004),再引入饮酒量后,突变型ALDH2基因与T2DM患病率仍显著相关(OR=5.73,P=0.008)。结论突变型ALDH2基因是汉族CHD患者并发T2DM的独立危险因素。
Objective To investigate the association of ALDH2 gene polymorphism with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) in Han nationality with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods There were 231 unrelated patients with CHD in Han nationality, divided into two groups according to ALDH2 genotype: wild type (n = 145) and mutant type (n = 86). The prevalence of T2DM, risk factors of T2DM and alcohol consumption were compared between the two groups, and the correlation between ALDH2 genotypes and the prevalence of T2DM was analyzed. Results The prevalence of T2DM in ALDH2 mutant group was significantly higher than that in wild type group (P <0.01), and its alcohol consumption was significantly lower than that in wild type group (P <0.01). Logistic multiple regression analysis showed that the risk of T2DM in the mutant group was 6.08 times that of the wild-type group (P = 0.004) after balancing age, smoking, hypertension and triglyceride. After introducing alcohol consumption, the mutation ALDH2 gene and The prevalence of T2DM was still significantly correlated (OR = 5.73, P = 0.008). Conclusion Mutant ALDH2 gene is an independent risk factor for T2DM in Han Chinese patients with CHD.
