目的:探讨多层螺旋CT多平面重建技术在诊断卵巢囊肿蒂扭转中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析15例经手术病理证实的卵巢囊肿蒂扭转患者的临床资料、多层螺旋CT及多平面重建图像表现,并与手术病理结果对照分析。结果:15例多层螺旋CT均表现为卵巢囊性肿块,最大径为8.73 cm。囊壁增厚11例,无增厚4例,平均1.75 cm。增厚的囊肿壁呈非对称性,连续层面观察可见囊壁最厚处有条索状软组织密度的蒂部相连并延伸至一侧附件或一侧子宫角部,多平面重建能更清楚显示蒂部这一特征性表现。9例合并盆腔积液或腹腔积液。结论:卵巢囊肿蒂扭转具有特征性的多层螺旋CT表现,多层螺旋CT及多平面重建在诊断卵巢囊肿蒂扭转中有较高的临床应用价值,多平面重建可弥补轴位CT图像的不足。
Objective: To investigate the value of multislice spiral CT multiplanar reconstruction in the diagnosis of ovarian cyst torsion. Methods: The clinical data, multi-slice spiral CT and multiplanar reconstruction of 15 patients with torsion of ovarian cyst proved by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. The results were compared with the surgical pathology results. Results: 15 cases of multi-slice spiral CT showed cystic masses, the maximum diameter of 8.73 cm. 11 cases of thickened wall, no thickening in 4 cases, an average of 1.75 cm. Thickening of the cyst wall was asymmetric, the continuous layer can be seen at the thickest wall of the cords of soft tissue density pedicle and connected to the extension of one side of the annex or side of the uterine horn, multiplanar reconstruction can be more clearly shown Ministry of this characteristic performance. 9 cases with pelvic fluid or ascites. CONCLUSIONS: Trigeminal ovarian cyst torsion has characteristic multi-slice spiral CT findings. Multi-slice spiral CT and multiplanar reconstruction have high clinical value in diagnosing ovarian cyst torsion. Multiplanar reconstruction can make up for the shortage of axial CT images .
