目的:探讨Brain HQ视觉训练对淋巴瘤化疗相关认知障碍患者记忆功能的影响。方法:便利选取2019年1月至12月在天津医科大学肿瘤医院淋巴瘤内科住院的化疗患者39例作为研究对象，按入院先后顺序分为干预组（19例）和对照组（20例）。对照组予以常规认知障碍护理干预，干预组予以Brain HQ视觉训练，2组患者于入组时、干预2个周期、干预4个周期后3个时间点应用听觉学习测验进行记忆功能效果评估。结果:干预2个化疗周期后两组患者即刻回忆、短期延迟回忆、长期延迟回忆、再认、回忆正确总数指标差异无统计学意义（n t值为0.575~1.248，均n P>0.05）；干预4个化疗周期后干预组患者在长期延迟回忆、再认及回忆正确总数3个指标得分为（6.00 ± 1.59）、（9.05 ± 1.81）、（36.00 ± 4.27）分，高于对照组的（4.75 ± 1.55）、（8.05 ± 1.73）、（32.85 ± 3.59）分，差异有统计学意义（n t值为3.384、2.373、3.010，均n P0.05）。n 结论:Brain HQ视觉训练对淋巴瘤化疗相关认知障碍患者的记忆功能尚不明确，但随着干预时间的变化，记忆指标在不断改善，Brain HQ视觉训练具有一定的可实施性。“,”Objective:To explore the effect of Brain HQ visual training on memory function in lymphoma patients with chemotherapy-related cognitive impairment.Methods:From January to December 2019, 39 hospitalized patients in lymphoma department were selected as the research object, and divided into intervention group (19 cases) and control group (20 cases) by the order of admission. The control group was given routine nursing, and the intervention group was given Brain HQ visual training.
