目的探讨临床路径管理在提高医院医疗管理水平中的应用价值。方法选取2015年8—11月大连市第四人民医院收治的300例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各150例。对照组患者给予常规模式管理,观察组患者实施临床路径管理模式,比较两组患者的住院时间、住院费用及诊疗满意度。结果观察组患者的住院时间明显短于对照组,住院费用明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者的诊疗满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院管理中实施临床路径管理,可以缩短患者住院时间、减少治疗费用、提高诊疗满意度,进而提高医院医疗管理水平。
Objective To explore the clinical value of clinical path management in improving hospital medical management. Methods 300 patients admitted from the Fourth People ’s Hospital of Dalian City from August to November in 2015 were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into observation group and control group with 150 cases in each group by random number table. Patients in the control group were given routine mode management, clinical path management mode was observed in the observation group, and hospitalization time, hospitalization expenses and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The hospitalization time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the hospitalization cost was significantly less than that of the control group (all P <0.05). The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of clinical path management in hospital management can shorten the hospitalization time, reduce the cost of treatment, improve the satisfaction of diagnosis and treatment, and then improve the level of hospital medical management.
