Bcl-2mRNA基因是目前公认的细胞凋亡调节基因,在各种肿瘤中均有不同程度表达[1,2]。本实验应用原位杂交技术对胃癌组织中Bcl-2mRNA基因的表达进行研究,探讨其在胃癌中的表达与胃癌的发生、发展以及预后的关系,为临床治疗和判断预后提供依据。资料与方法1.一般资料收集2002~2004
Bcl-2mRNA is currently recognized as a regulator of apoptosis, which is expressed in various degrees in various tumors [1,2]. In this study, we used in situ hybridization to study the expression of Bcl-2mRNA in gastric cancer tissues and to explore the relationship between the expression of Bcl-2mRNA in gastric cancer and the occurrence, development and prognosis of gastric cancer and provide the basis for clinical treatment and prognosis.
