中药有植物、动物和矿物不同品类,中药复方由这些不同品类中的数种天然产物构成,依据中医药研究与应用的不同需要,可进行不同的提取分离,但这些技术多源于其他学科领域。然而,对这些技术用于中药领域的最优工作状态缺乏科学、合理的评价标准,成为这些技术在中药提取分离应用范围受限的主要原因。借鉴系统科学的原理,探讨建立中药复方提取分离评价体系的科学原则;探索符合中医药内涵的现代提取分离技术与质量评价体系应该是解决这一科学问题的关键所在。
Traditional Chinese medicines have different categories of plants, animals and minerals. Traditional Chinese medicines are composed of several natural products in these different categories. According to the different needs of research and application of traditional Chinese medicine, different extractions and separations can be carried out, but these technologies are mostly derived from other fields. . However, the lack of scientific and reasonable evaluation criteria for the optimal working conditions of these technologies in the field of traditional Chinese medicine has become the main reason why these technologies are limited in the range of extraction and separation of traditional Chinese medicines. Based on the principles of system science, we will discuss the scientific principles for establishing a system for the extraction and separation of Chinese herbal compound extracts; and exploring the modern extraction and separation techniques and quality evaluation system that are consistent with the connotation of Chinese medicine should be the key to solving this scientific problem.
