对新型抗Ｈ２Ｓ应力腐蚀用钢３０ＣｒＭｏＶＴｉＡｌ的力学性能进行了测试和研究，研究结果表明：３０ＣｒＭｏＶＴｉＡｌ是力学性能良好的抗Ｈ２Ｓ应力腐蚀用钢，为充分发挥钢中各元素在抗Ｈ２Ｓ应力腐蚀和强度方面的作用，适宜的热处理制度为９００℃淬火＋７００℃回火。
The mechanical properties of a new type of steel 30CrMoVTiAl for stress corrosion were tested and studied. The results show that: 30CrMoVTiAl is a kind of steel with good mechanical properties and resistance to H2S stress corrosion. In order to give full play to the corrosion resistance and strength of each element in steel, The role of the appropriate heat treatment system for quenching at 900 ℃ +700 ℃ tempering.
