通过在线调查的方式,对甘肃省555名高速警察工作满意度的研究显示:其工作满意度较低,尤其是对工作回报的满意度最低;不同支队、警衔的警察的工作满意度存在差异,二支队警察的工作满意度低于其他支队,警员和一级警督的工作满意度最高;职业认同、工作家庭冲突、创伤经历影响工作满意度,职业认同的增加能大幅提高工作满意度,而工作家庭冲突和创伤经历的增加会小幅减少工作满意度。
Through the online survey, the research on job satisfaction of 555 high-speed police officers in Gansu province shows that their job satisfaction is low, especially their satisfaction with job return is the lowest. Job satisfaction of police officers with different detachments and police rank is different, Job satisfaction of the second detachment police is lower than that of other detachments, police officers and first-level police inspector. Job satisfaction, work-family conflict and traumatic experience affect job satisfaction. The increase of professional identity can greatly enhance job satisfaction, Work-family conflict and increased trauma experience will slightly reduce job satisfaction.
