日本对管理干部的培养和选拔是十分重视的。他们认为今日的时代是“经营者时代”,而企业间的竞争就是技术力量和管理水平的竞争,所以他们对管理者制定出一系列的选拔标准。
Japan attaches great importance to the training and selection of management cadres. They think that today’s era is “the age of managers”, and competition among enterprises is the competition of technical strength and management level, so they have formulated a series of selection criteria for managers.
