采用DOE试验设计来研究退火过程中钢铝复合材料结合层中间化合物(IMC)的形成机理,并用扫描电镜、磁控溅射仪、EDS对IMC进行微观分析和性能检测。试图在Fe/Al复合层中通过磁控溅射加入硅来抑制热处理过程中IMC的生长,从而探索IMC形成的拟合模型,以提高Fe/Al复合材料的使用性能。
The DOE experimental design was used to study the formation mechanism of the intermediate compound (IMC) during the annealing process. The microscopic analysis and performance test of IMC were carried out by SEM, magnetron sputtering and EDS. Attempts to suppress the growth of IMC during the heat treatment by adding silicon by magnetron sputtering in the Fe / Al composite layer to explore the fitting model formed by IMC to improve the performance of the Fe / Al composite.
