在改革、开放、搞活大力发展外向型经济中,铸造行业的铸件加工出口日益增多,但铸造企业如何对外签订铸件加工合同,确是一个重要的问题.本文结合福州球铁厂与外商签订来样来模加工承揽合同的教训,提出对外加工签约中应注意的有关问题,这将有助于铸造企业更好地参与国际经济大循环. In the reform, opening, and invigoration of the development of export-oriented economy, the casting industry’s export processing of castings is increasing day by day. However, how foundry companies sign casting contracting contracts with foreign companies is indeed an important issue. This paper has signed a sample with Fuzhou ductile iron factory and foreign investors. The lessons learned from contract processing and contracting, put forward the relevant issues that should be noted in the external processing contract, which will help foundry companies to better participate in the international economic cycle.
