报道了测定莼菜中痕量锰的微分电位溶出方法,试验确定最佳支持电解质为0.2mol·L~(-1)硼酸底液,用 0.5mol·L~(-1)氢氧化钠溶液调节酸度(pH 65~8.5)。在选定条件下,线性范围为0~0.25μg·ml~(-1),检出限达 1.0×10~(-3)μg·ml~(-1)。用以测定植物样品中痕量锰,其相对标准偏差小于 3.2%,回收率为 98.6%~101.5%。
The method for determining the differential potential of manganese in Brassica chinensis has been reported. The optimum supporting electrolyte was determined to be 0.2 mol·L -1 boric acid solution and 0.5 mol·L -1 sodium hydroxide solution to adjust the acidity (PH 65 ~ 8.5). Under the selected conditions, the linear range was 0 ~ 0.25μg · ml ~ (-1) and the detection limit was 1.0 × 10 ~ (-3) μg · ml ~ (-1). For the determination of trace manganese in plant samples, the relative standard deviation was less than 3.2% and the recovery was 98.6% ~ 101.5%.
