目的 分析非小细胞肺癌的遗传物质不平衡状态 ,为寻找非小细胞肺癌相关基因、揭示其病因提供线索。方法 应用比较基因组杂交技术分析了 17例原发性非小细胞肺癌。结果 发现 1p、3q、6 p、7p、8q、19p、2 2 q为 DNA序列拷贝数高频增加区 ,3p和 9p为高频缺失区。结论 非小细胞肺癌具有广泛的遗传物质不平衡 ,存在于 1p、 3q、 6 p、 7p、 8q、19p、 2 2 q、3p和 9p区域的一些已知和未知的基因可能与其发生演进相关。
Objective To analyze the imbalance of genetic material in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and to provide clues for finding genes related to non-small cell lung cancer and revealing its etiology. Methods 17 cases of primary non-small cell lung cancer were analyzed by comparative genomic hybridization. The results showed that 1p, 3q, 6p, 7p, 8q, 19p and 2 2q were the high frequency region of DNA sequence copy number, 3p and 9p were high frequency region. Conclusion Non-small cell lung cancer has a wide range of genetic material imbalance, and some known and unknown genes existing in 1p, 3q, 6p, 7p, 8q, 19p, 2 2 q, 3p and 9p regions may be related to their evolution.
