从本教研室1949～1990年40余年间的5100例尸检中,检出先天性心血管疾病165例。占总尸检数的3.24％;其中1岁以内患者96例(58％);房、室间隔缺损分别为41例(24.8％)、40例(24.2％);35例并发有心血管以外的畸形;有35％直接死于肺部感染。
165 cases of congenital cardiovascular diseases were detected from the autopsy of 5100 cases from 1949 to 1990 in more than 40 years. Accounting for 3.24% of the total autopsy; among them 96 cases (58%) were within 1 year of age; 41 cases (24.8%) and 40 cases (24.2%) were ventricular and ventricular septal defect respectively; 35% died of lung infection directly.
