本文用宏观扫描的方式勾画出拉丁美洲文化嬗变的轨迹 ,其中对一些具有代表性作家、艺术家和思想家又做了重点介绍 ,目的在于探索新大陆文化的基本特征。通过这一探索 ,作者试图寻找在 2 1世纪全球多元化同时并存、各自发展的大背景下 ,拉丁美洲这一经济不发达地区为什么出现了文化上的趋同现象。其具体表现就是在文学界的“拉丁美洲意识”。但是这一整体意识非但不妨碍和限制作家的个性发展 ,反而形成了集体对个人创新意识和劳作的鼓励机制。此外 ,本文还试图通过拉丁美洲文学的辉煌成就论证文学的世界性和民族性的关系、继承传统与创新的关系 This paper traces the evolution of Latin American culture by means of macroscopic scanning. Some representative writers, artists and thinkers are also introduced. The purpose is to explore the basic characteristics of New Mainland culture. Through this exploration, the author tries to find out why the economic convergence has taken place in the economically underdeveloped region of Latin America in the context of the co-existence of global diversification and their respective development in the 21st century. Its concrete manifestation is the literary world’s “Latin American consciousness.” However, instead of hindering and restricting the individual development of writers, this overall awareness has instead formed a collective mechanism of encouraging individual innovation and labor. In addition, this article attempts to demonstrate the relationship between the cosmopolitan and nationality of literature through the brilliant achievements of Latin American literature and inherit the relationship between tradition and innovation
