笔者从事体育教学20年了,在教学过程中,每届都会碰到一定数量的差生,他们虽然是少数,但影响却较大,因此不可等闲视之。做好体育差生的教育转化工作,不仅是落实素质教育、提高教学质量的需要,也是学校体育工作者责无旁贷的义务。在这方面,本人和校体育教研组的同事们一起,摸索尝试了一些有益的做法,积累了一些经验,取得了一定的效果。下面从理论和实践层面对差生的形成原因及其教育转化提出一些自己的见解和措施,请广大同仁批评指正。
I have been engaged in physical education for 20 years. During the teaching process, each session will encounter a certain number of poor students. Although they are a few, they have a greater impact, therefore they should not be taken lightly. To do a good job of educating and translating poor students in sports is not only an obligation to implement quality education and improve teaching quality, but also an obligatory obligation of school PE workers. In this regard, I and my colleagues in the Physical Education Teaching and Research Group groomed and tried some beneficial practices, accumulated some experience and achieved certain results. The following from the theoretical and practical aspects of the reasons for the formation of poor students and their educational transformation put forward some of their own opinions and measures, please my colleagues criticism and correction.
