我们对已驯化和鉴定的表皮葡萄球菌F_(65)株,疮疤丙酸杆菌A_(14-1)株,干酪乳干菌ad_3株,青春双歧杆菌Bf_1株和婴儿双歧杆菌Bf_2株,进行了动物实验研究,急性皮肤毒性试验和慢性皮肤刺激试验,结果表明:它们对受试动物的皮肤无毒性和无刺激性,使用SPF大鼠重复皮肤刺激试验,结果同样。我们还进行了兔角膜刺激试验和局部封闭涂抹试验,结果表明它们既无刺激性,也无致敏性,这些菌株的鼠尾静脉注射毒性试验结果如下:F_(65)株和A_(14-1)株LD_(50)为6亿,ad_3和Bf_1,Bf_2 LD_(50)都大于6亿。鼠腹腔注射毒性试验结果,F_(65)菌株LD_(50)为24亿,A_(14-1)株LD_(50)为3亿,ad_3,Bf_1,Bf_2株LD_(50)都大于30亿,急性经口毒性试验证明它们都属于口服无毒株,使用SPF小鼠重复急性经口毒性试验,结果相同。实验表明,它们是安全,无毒性,无刺激性,无致敏性菌株。
We have conducted acclimatization and identification of Staphylococcus epidermidis strain F_ (65), Propionibacterium acnes A_ (14-1), L. casei ad_3, Bifidobacterium adolescentis Bf_1, and Bifidobacterium infantis Bf_2 The animal experiments, acute dermal toxicity tests and chronic skin irritation tests showed that they were non-toxic and non-irritating to the skin of the animals tested, and repeated the skin irritation test using SPF rats. The results were the same. We also conducted rabbit corneal irritation test and topical seal smear test, the results showed that they are neither irritating nor allergenic, the tail vein injection toxicity test results of these strains are as follows: F_ (65) strain and A_ (14- 1), the LD_ (50) strain was 600 million. Both ad_3 and Bf_1 and Bf_2 LD_ (50) were more than 600 million. The results of intraperitoneal injection toxicity test indicated that LD_ (50) of F_ (65) strain was 2.4 billion, LD_ (50) of A_ (14-1) strain was 300 million, LD_ (50) of ad_3, Bf_1 and Bf_2 strains were more than 3 billion, Acute oral toxicity test proved that they are oral non-toxic strains, the use of SPF mice repeated acute oral toxicity test with the same results. Experiments show that they are safe, non-toxic, non-irritating, non-allergenic strains.
