基于鄂庄煤矿二采区2#煤层的地质条件和地面学校等建筑群需要重点保护的要求,介绍了2202东普采工作面直接利用井下掘进矸石充填采空区的相关技术,涉及充填系统、采煤与充填平行作业方式、支护技术、机械矸石充填工艺及充填效果;分析了矸石充填工作面顶底板闭合量、支柱载荷和活柱缩量的变化规律.结果表明:2202东工作面采用胶带抛矸机充填装备及“见六充三”和4.5 m×3.0 m充填循环参数,工作面月产量可达到1.47万t,采空区得到密实充填,采场矿压显现十分缓和,顶底板闭合量平均累计值小于25 mm,在工作面投影上方地表下沉为203~276 mm,地表重点保护的建筑群得到有效和安全的保护,矸石充填后的最大压缩量为251mm,最大压缩率为12.1%.
Based on the geological conditions of No. 2 coal seam in No.2 mining area of Ezhuang Coal Mine and the requirements of key school buildings such as ground schools, this paper introduces the relevant technologies of 2202 Dongpu mining face directly utilizing the underground mining waste rock filling goaf, involving filling system, Coal mining and filling parallel operation mode, support technology, mechanical waste filling technology and filling effect; analysis of the top and bottom closure of gangue filling face, pillar load and live column shrinkage changes.The results show that: 2202 East Face Tape refuse machine filling equipment and “see six charge three ” and 4.5 m × 3.0 m filling cycle parameters, the monthly production of work face up to 14,700 tons, gob area dense filling, stope mine pressure appears to be very relaxed, The average cumulative value of the top and bottom closure is less than 25 mm, and the surface subsidence above the projection of the working face is 203 ~ 276 mm. The buildings protected by the key ground protection are effectively and safely protected. The maximum compression after the refuse filling is 251 mm and the maximum compression The rate was 12.1%.
