前言钢液真空循环脱气法(又称 RH 法)是1959年试制成功的,由于这种力法具有能适应氧气转炉的高生产率,能处理的钢种多,脱气效果好等一系列优点,因此,RH 设备的投产台数逐年增长。据不完全统计,目前世界上投产的RH 设备已有五十多台。其处理容量最小的为30吨,最大的为350吨。我国投产的台数已有五、六台,按台数仅次于日本和美国,居世界第三位。1968年以前 RH 设备主要用于配合平炉和电炉生产,降低钢液中的氢和非金属夹杂物的含量。而今天的 RH 设备已主要用于配合高生 Preface The molten steel vacuum cycle degassing method (also known as RH method) is a successful trial in 1959, due to the force method has to adapt to the high productivity of oxygen converter can handle a variety of steel, degassing effect and a series of advantages Therefore, the number of RH equipment put into operation has increased year by year.
