以聚(γ-苄基-L-谷氨酸酯)为原料制备聚肽型溴代异丁酰化聚(γ-苄基-L-谷氨酸)大分子引发剂,通过引发丙烯酸叔丁酯的原子转移自由基聚合,然后水解制备了两亲性聚(γ-苄基-L-谷氨酸酯)-b-聚丙烯酸。用核磁共振和凝胶渗透色谱法对该嵌段共聚物的结构进行了表征,并用透射电子显微镜研究了嵌段共聚物在氯化钠水溶液中的聚集状态。结果表明,聚丙烯酸链段的引入,使聚合物在氯化钠水溶液中形成囊泡状胶束。
Poly (γ-benzyl-L-glutamate) was used as the raw material to prepare the poly-peptide bromoisobutyrylated poly (γ-benzyl-L-glutamic acid) macroinitiator. Atom transfer radical polymerization of esters followed by hydrolysis gave amphiphilic poly (γ-benzyl-L-glutamate) -b-polyacrylic acid. The structure of the block copolymer was characterized by NMR and gel permeation chromatography, and the aggregation state of the block copolymer in aqueous solution of sodium chloride was investigated by transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the introduction of polyacrylic acid segment, the polymer in aqueous sodium chloride solution to form vesicular micelles.
