用豚鼠研究耳蜗传出神经之分布。Rasmussen首先描述耳蜗之传出神经,发现了交叉或不交叉的橄榄耳蜗束(OCB)。Churchill和Schuknecht测出耳蜗传出神经分泌乙酰胆素酯酶(AchE)并向中枢传入。在上橄榄体神经核集合处(SOC)的神经元呈AchE阳性者表示其细胞来自OCB。作者用12只300~500克重的健康豚鼠,麻醉后打开鼓泡,将50%辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)0.3~0.5μl由蜗窗注入鼓阶,避免药液溢人鼓室,作为检测的标记。经40~48小时后用1.5%麦胺基乙醛和1%三聚甲醛固定作检查。结果:所有豚鼠之两侧SOC都有HRP逆行输入后所产生的颗粒反应,有10只豚鼠在外侧丘系腹核内也可见到。每只豚鼠竟有500个神经元有HRP之标记,一般注射侧比对侧多3倍。当HRP进入蜗核顺行输入耳蜗神经,也可出现
Study on the Distribution of Cochlear Outward Nerve with Guinea Pigs. Rasmussen first described the afferent nerves of the cochlea and found olive cochlear bundles (OCB) with or without crossover. Churchill and Schuknecht determined that cochlear afferent neurons secrete acetylcholine esterase (AchE) and transmit it to the central nervous system. Neurons who showed AchE-positive neurons at the olivoparietal nucleus assembly (SOC) expressed their cells as being from the OCB. The author used 12 300 ~ 500 grams of healthy guinea pigs, open the bubble after anesthesia, 50% horseradish peroxidase (HRP) 0.3 ~ 0.5μl from the snout window into the scala tympani, to avoid liquid overflow into the tympanum, as a Test mark. After 40 to 48 hours with 1.5% melalanine and 1% trioxane fixed for inspection. RESULTS: All of the guinea pigs had granular responses to retrograde HRP on both sides of the SOC. Ten guinea pigs were also seen in the lateral collateral circulation. As many as 500 neurons in each guinea pig have HRP markings, which are typically 3 times more injected on the contralateral side.
