目的研究COX-2和整合素α5β1在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义,以及两者之间的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法,检测68例乳腺癌和癌旁正常乳腺组织的COX-2和整合素α5β1的表达情况。结果①乳腺癌中COX-2的阳性表达率与淋巴结转移阳性、组织分化低密切相关;②乳腺癌中整合素α5β1的阳性表达率与淋巴结转移阳性、组织分化低密切相关;③乳腺癌中COX-2的表达水平与整合素α5β1的表达水平呈正相关。结论COX-2和整合素α5β1的表达可作为早期识别具有高浸润和转移潜能的乳腺癌并判断其预后的有用指标。
Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of COX-2 and integrin α5β1 in breast cancer and their relationship. Methods The expression of COX-2 and integrin α5β1 in 68 cases of breast cancer and adjacent normal breast tissues were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. Results ① The positive expression rate of COX-2 in breast cancer was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis and tissue differentiation. ②The positive expression rate of integrin α5β1 in breast cancer was closely related to the positive lymph node metastasis and tissue differentiation. ③ The expression of COX -2 expression was positively correlated with integrin α5β1 expression level. Conclusion The expression of COX-2 and integrin α5β1 may be useful indicators for early identification of breast cancer with high invasion and metastatic potential and prognosis.
