目的建立饮用水中11种磺酰脲类除草剂残留的直接进样液相色谱-质谱法。方法水样过0.22μm滤膜,直接进行液相色谱-质谱分析;色谱柱:ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%甲酸溶液。结果在5~200μg/L的线性范围内,所得11种除草剂的回归方程均呈较好的线性关系,r>0.99。方法的检出限为0.06~0.46μg/L,平均回收率在85.6%~102.1%之间,RSD在1.2%~9.4%之间。结论该方法操作简单、快捷,灵敏度和准确度均较高,精密度较好,适用于生活饮用水中磺酰脲类除草剂残留的测定。
Objective To establish a direct injection liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of 11 sulfonylurea herbicides in drinking water. Methods Water samples were filtered through 0.22 μm membrane and directly analyzed by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. The column was ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 (2.1 mm × 100 mm, 1.7 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2% formic acid solution. Results The regression equation of the 11 herbicides showed a good linearity within the linear range of 5 ~ 200μg / L, r> 0.99. The detection limit of the method was 0.06 ~ 0.46μg / L, with the average recoveries between 85.6% and 102.1% and RSD between 1.2% and 9.4%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate, with good precision. It is suitable for the determination of sulfonylurea herbicides residues in drinking water.
