目的:建立续断皂苷活性成分的综合评价方法,为完善续断活性成分的质量控制方法提供参考。方法:以续断皂苷单一成分木通皂苷D和大类成分总皂苷的含量为指标,分别采用高效液相色谱法及比色法进行测定,以各指标的权重系数为0.5进行评分,以2个指标的得分之和作为综合评分,以此来评价续断皂苷类活性成分质量。结果:4个产地共13个批次的木通皂苷D和总皂苷含量几乎无相关性(r=0.046),单一指标难以有效评价续断皂苷活性成分。综合评分法较全面的反映了续断皂苷活性成分的质量。结论:综合评分法克服了单一指标质控方法的片面性,用于控制续断质量具有合理性。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a comprehensive evaluation method for saponins active ingredient, and to provide reference for improving the quality control methods of stiletto active ingredients. Methods: The content of saponin single ingredient saponin D and the total saponins of major components was used as indicators, and HPLC method and colorimetry were used for the determination. The weighting coefficient of each index was 0.5. The sum of the scores of the two indicators was used as a comprehensive score to evaluate the quality of the diffusive saponin active ingredients. RESULTS: There were almost no correlations between the content of saponin D and total saponins in 13 batches from 4 production areas (r=0.046). It was difficult to evaluate the active ingredient of saponins by single index. The comprehensive scoring method more comprehensively reflects the quality of the discontinued saponin active ingredients. Conclusion: The comprehensive scoring method overcomes the one-sidedness of the single-indicator quality control method, and it is reasonable to control the quality of the discontinuous mass.
