Recently, the Ministry of Science and Technology officially promulgated and implemented the “National” Twelfth Five-Year Plan for Science and Technology Development. National “Twelve-Five ” science and technology development plan proposed to speed up the implementation of large-scale oil and gas fields and coal bed methane development, including national science and technology major projects.
