伴随着经济体制的飞速发展,我国档案业也取得了迅速的兴起,各行各业也逐渐意识到档案管理工作的重要性。但是,在实际的档案管理工作中,普遍存在各种不同的安全问题,严重威胁了档案信息的安全性,最终导致档案管理工作无法顺利开展,从而造成了十分严重的损失。因此,加强做好档案信息的安全管理工作是非常至关重要的,更应该建立健全的档案安全管理体系,加大对现代科学技术的引进,以此来不断提高档管理的工作质量。下面,笔者就结合自身多年的工作经验,对档案管理中安全保障的总体策略进行了研究讨论,并得出以下相关结论,以供参考。
With the rapid development of the economic system, the file industry in our country has also made rapid rise, and all walks of life have gradually realized the importance of file management. However, in the actual file management work, there are a variety of different security issues, which seriously threaten the security of the file information and eventually lead to the failure of smooth file management work, resulting in serious losses. Therefore, it is very important to strengthen the safety management of archives information, and a sound archival safety management system should be established to increase the introduction of modern science and technology in order to constantly improve the quality of archives management. The following, the author combined his many years of work experience, the overall strategy of security management in file management were discussed and concluded the following conclusions for reference.
