介绍了一套已用于国内某省的年、月、日电力交易计划决策系统的规则、模型和算法。该系统按各厂实际报价结算的规则更适合我国情况。提出的基于 out- of- kilter法的非线性网络流法可从任意满足节点流量平衡条件、不一定可行的初始解开始计算 ,因此可方便地处理“起作用约束”上、下界改变的情况 ;同时用于考虑爬坡约束及联络线约束的一体化算法模型 ,它们对电力市场下多变的模型及约束有很好的适应性。并介绍了另一基于按边际价格结算的日交易计划系统。实践证明 ,运行情况良好 ,建议的规则和模型是合理的 ,系统和算法也是有效的。
This paper introduces a set of rules, models and algorithms that have been used in the decision-making system of annual, monthly and daily electricity trading in a certain province. The system according to the actual pricing rules of the plant more suitable for our situation. The proposed nonlinear flow method based on out-of-kilter method can be calculated from any initial solution that is not necessarily feasible to satisfy the traffic balance condition of the nodes. Therefore, the upper and lower bounds of the “action constraint” can be easily handled. At the same time, an integrated algorithm model is proposed to consider the constraints of hill climbing and tie-line constraints, which are very adaptable to the ever-changing models and constraints in the electricity market. And introduced another daily trading plan system based on marginal price. Practice has proved that running well, the proposed rules and models are reasonable, systems and algorithms are also effective.
