培养方案是高等学校实现人才培养目标、开展人才培养工作的总体设计和实施方案,是保证学校教育教学质量和人才培养规格与特色的重要指导性文件,是组织教学过程、安排教学任务、确定教学资源及有关工作的基本依据。主要针对南京邮电大学材料物理专业培养方案存在的问题,提出了“重基础、显特色”构建专业课程模块,校内外相结合强化学生实践环节,设立创新项目,培养创新人才等建设性意见和措施,为材料物理专业创新型和应用型人才培养提供参考性意见。
