该文是在研究田径训练过程中,训练方法采用运动生理学理论进行,通过对体育专业学生训练,依据成绩,总结出针对体育专业学生巩固和提高田径成绩的训练方法;田径教练针对运动员用比较新颖的训练方法,让运动员能够打破常规“以量取胜”的训练方法,不再使用疲劳战术,不会让教练和运动员都感到身心疲惫,并且能让运动员的成绩有显著的提高。
