钢质管道的腐蚀涉及到很多领域,特别是输送石油、天然气、煤气等易燃易爆流体的管道,尽管在此类工业管道设计初期就考虑了腐蚀的因素,增加安全余量。但管道的腐蚀对日常的生产运行仍然存在较大威胁。据统计,地下管线平均腐蚀速度为1.5mm/a,较为的严重的情况是投产1~2年管道就腐蚀穿孔,导致输送介质的泄露,除造成环境的污染外,还会引起爆炸和火灾,甚至造成人员的伤亡。钢质管道的腐蚀危害到不仅是企业的经济利益,也是一个严重的社会问题,因此必需对管道的腐蚀加以控制。文章简单介绍了管道腐蚀控制常用的方法。
