目的:分析新生儿窒息复苏模拟考试中存在的问题和因素,以便采取有效措施使每位医护人员真正掌握这一适宜技术并配合默契,熟练应用于临床。方法:全院新生儿科及产科医护人员102人,初次培训32人,再次培训70人,以美国心脏协会和美国儿科学会编写的《新生儿窒息复苏教材》第五版为标准,以新生儿窒息复苏模拟婴儿为刚分娩的新生儿作为抢救现场,考察医护人员急救意识,物品准备,人员分工与配合,抢救措施的正确实施以及护理记录的落实情况,同时考查初次培训与复训掌握水平的差异性等。结果:新生儿窒息复苏知识培训能提高医护人员对急救知识的掌握(P<0.01)但理论知识的学完不等于能胜任,操作中仍存在很多重要细节问题,同时并发现初次培训与反复培训掌握水平有显著差异性。结论:新生儿窒息复苏知识培训效果明显,应常规,重复培训,理论联系实际,注意细节问题,强调团队配合,培训间隔时间为3个月。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the problems and factors in the simulation test of neonatal asphyxia recovery in order to take effective measures so that each medical staff can truly master this appropriate technology and cooperate with the understanding to apply it clinically. Methods: There were 102 neonates and obstetricians in the hospital, 32 were trained for the first time, and 70 were re-trained. Results: Neonatal asphyxia resuscitation knowledge training can improve the mastery of first aid knowledge (P <0.01). However, the completion of theoretical knowledge does not mean competent, and there are still many important details in the operation, meanwhile, the initial training and repeated training are found Master the level of significant differences. Conclusion: Knowledge of neonatal asphyxia resuscitation training effect is obvious, should be routine, repeated training, theory with practice, pay attention to the details, emphasizing the teamwork, the training interval of 3 months.
