本文运用流体力学的基本原理,对气吹式排种器的工作情况进行了分析。论证了在一定条件下,排种器锥孔中的压力和速度分布可以近似的按角形域进行分析和计算。实际测定结果表明,锥孔中的压力分布规律和理论计算结果基本上一致,从而阐明了气吹式排种器工作过程的实质。根据试验数据,分析了锥孔的结构参数对排种质量的影响,提出了确定气吹式排种器锥孔结构参数的原则,为气吹式排种器的设计提出了初步的理论依据。
In this paper, the basic principle of fluid mechanics, air blower seed metering work was analyzed. It is demonstrated that under certain conditions, the distribution of pressure and velocity in the hole of the seed metering device can be approximated by angular domain analysis and calculation. The actual measurement results show that the pressure distribution in the conical hole and the theoretical calculation results are basically the same, thus clarifying the essence of the air blower seed metering process. According to the experimental data, the influence of structural parameters of cone hole on the quality of seeding is analyzed. The principle of determining the cone - hole structure parameters of gas - blown seed metering device is put forward. The preliminary theoretical basis is provided for the design of gas - blown seed metering device.
