本研究平行采集两处河蟹育苗池的蚤状幼体，共计18份样品，检出菌株80株，其中葡萄糖发酵型菌株58株，非发酵型13株，酵母样真菌9株。蚤状幼体携带致病性弧菌构成比，副溶血性弧菌为45．8％、溶藻弧菌18．7％、沙鱼弧菌16．7％、类志贺邻单孢菌8．3％。
In this study, two flea larvae of crab nursery ponds were collected in parallel. A total of 18 samples were collected and 80 isolates were detected, of which 58 were glucose-fermenting strains, 13 non-fermenting strains and 9 yeast-like fungi. The proportion of pathogenic Vibrio carrying fleas larvae was 45.8%, Vibrio alginolyticus 18.7%, Vibrio sinicus 16.7%, and Vibrio cholerae 8.3 %.
