102例原发性肺癌病人的血清铜(SCL)、血清锌(SZL)和铜锌比值(CZR)进行了观察,男性89例,女性13例,年龄30~75岁。252例健康人作为对照。肺癌病人男性SCL为1.267±0.278吨/ml,女性为1.468±0.416/~g/ml,明显高于对照组;CZR男女性分别为1.445±0.560/Jg/ml和1.631±0.718/zg/ml也显著高于对照组。但SZL两组男女性均无明显差别。本组病人还作了不同分期、P.S.值和存活时间的比较,发现病期愈晚、P.S.值愈低,存活时间愈短,其SCL愈高且组间差别明显而SZL和CZR则无明显差别。对肺癌病人的病情判断和予后估计、SCL比SZL更有价值,有可能成为一项实用的指标。
Serum copper (SCL), serum zinc (SZL), and copper-zinc ratio (CZR) were observed in 102 patients with primary lung cancer. There were 89 males and 13 females, aged 30 to 75 years. 252 healthy people served as controls. The SCL of lung cancer patients was 1.267±0.278 ton/ml and 1.468±0.416/~g/ml in women, which was significantly higher than that in the control group. The male and female sex of CZR were 1.445±0.560/Jg/ml and 1.631±0.718/zg/ml, respectively. Significantly higher than the control group. However, there was no significant difference in male and female sex in SZL groups. This group of patients also made a comparison of different stages, PS values and survival time, found that the later the disease stage, the lower the PS value, the shorter the survival time, the higher the SCL and the difference between the groups but no significant difference between the SZL and CZR. . The judgement and post-estimation of the condition of lung cancer patients, SCL is more valuable than SZL, and may become a practical indicator.
