第一次使用“数学课堂观察考量表”观课,我选择了“教学与调控组织”这个视角进行听课。“生活中的温度”一课由我们工作室的胡老师执教,观课后感觉课堂的调控与组织是课堂教学的最高艺术,课堂调控与组织是否到位直接影响一节课的效率,课堂教学调控与组织是教学的形式,必须服务于教学的内容。只有细化课堂教学的组织形式,才能优化教学过程,对于教学的调控与组织方面要做到:细化、深化、优化、美化。
