一、引言生物体内酶的结构是由基因决定的,同工酶是基因的产物.因此,同工酶分析是认识基因存在和表达的一种良好的生化指标,可以作为一项有效的手段从分子水平上来鉴别许多从外部形态上难以鉴别的遗传性变异.因而被用于种质资源亲缘关系的鉴定、进化系谱的探查、遗传基因分析和育种上杂种优势的预测等.桑的同工酶平野久等(1977、1979)曾有报道,国内陈道明等(1980)也做了这方面的工作.本试验在探索桑过氧化物同工酶分析方法的同时,对若干桑地方品种和初选株系作了亲缘关系的遗传性变异分析.
