目的研究健脾复方对大肠癌移植瘤裸小鼠肿瘤前列腺素表达的影响。方法对40只BALB/C裸小鼠建立大肠癌原位移植瘤模型,并随机分为健脾复方组、塞来昔布组、5-Fu组、模型对照组,另取10只为空白对照组。治疗8周后,采用酶联免疫分析(ELISA)检测肿瘤组织前列腺素E2(PGE2)、前列腺素H2(PGH2)和前列腺素F2α(PGF2α)的浓度。结果健脾复方组、空白对照组的PGE2浓度均低于模型对照组(P<0.05);5-Fu组与模型对照组、塞来昔布组之间PGH2浓度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各组PGF浓度无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论健脾复方可能是通过PGE依赖途径抑制大肠癌的发生发展。
Objective To study the effects of Jianpi Compound on tumor prostaglandin expression in nude mice bearing large intestine carcinoma. Methods Forty BALB / C nude mice were established in situ orthotopic xenograft model of colorectal cancer and were randomly divided into three groups: spleen-compounded group, celecoxib group, 5-Fu group and model control group. group. After 8 weeks of treatment, the concentrations of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), prostaglandin H2 (PGH2) and prostaglandin F2α (PGF2α) in the tumor tissue were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The concentrations of PGE2 in Jianpi Compound group and blank control group were lower than those in model control group (P <0.05). The difference of PGH2 concentration between 5-Fu group and model control group and celecoxib group was significant (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in PGF concentration between groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Jianpi Compound may inhibit the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer through PGE-dependent pathway.
