机械加工产生的毛刺是影响生产自动化、无人化的关健。现在,控制毛刺产生的切削技术,去毛刺作业的自动化技术,正以高效率和长寿命为目标进行开发,但还不十分理想。在机械加工图纸中,明确标注有尺寸公差、加工粗糙度等技术要求,但对毛刺却没有要求。防止毛刺,首先要了解由毛刺引起的故障内容、对产品的影响程度及产品性能、产品棱边部位的质量等。在设计、机械加工、装配、检验等一系列方面,均应找出相应的最佳方法来控制和消除毛刺。
Burr produced by machining is the key to the automation and unmanned production. Now, cutting technology to control burrs, automated technology for deburring operations, are being developed for high efficiency and long life, but not yet ideal. In the machining drawings, clearly marked with dimensional tolerances, machining roughness and other technical requirements, but there is no requirement for burrs. To prevent burrs, we must first understand the glitches caused by the content of the failure, the extent of the impact on the product and product performance, the quality of the product edge parts. In the design, machining, assembly, testing and a series of aspects, should find the appropriate best way to control and eliminate burrs.
