用紫外分光光度法测定康泉注射液中Ｇｒａｎｉｓｅｔｒｏｎ的含量。在３０１ｎｍ波长处测得Ｅ１％１ｃｍ＝３６５，方法线性范围４～２０μｇ／ｍｌ，平均回收率为１００．６％，ＲＳＤ为０．５８％（ｎ＝５）。
Determination of Granisetron in Kangquan Injection by UV Spectrophotometry. The linearity of the method was 4 ~ 20μg / ml at the wavelength of 301nm. The average recovery was 100.6% and the RSD was 0.58% (n = 5).
