我院自1982年起应用大剂量双氧水“内给氧”治疗重型有机氮农药中毒患者,取得了满意效果。现总结病例资料较完整的10例报告如下。一般资料本组10例病人,男7例,女3例;16～30岁5例,30岁以上5例;6～7月份发生5例,其它月份5例,相对集中于农药使用季节;10例均为口服急性中毒,服毒量9例在100毫升以上;服毒种类:单纯杀虫脒(25％水溶液)7例,杀虫脒与乐果、西维因混合剂型各1例,杀虫双(25％)原液1例。
