机械加工精度是指工件加工完成后的所具有的包括尺寸大小、几何形状以及表面间相互位置等参数的实际值,与其预先设计的应具备的理想几何参数的相符合程度。本文通过研究加工精度来弄清各种原始误差,以及他们对加工精度影响的规律,掌握控制加工误差的方法,以期通过低的加工成本和高的加工效率来获得预期的加工精度。
Machining precision refers to the workpiece after the completion of the size, geometry and the mutual position between the surface with the actual value of the parameters, and its pre-designed to have the desired geometric parameters of the degree of coincidence. In this paper, by studying the machining accuracy, we can get a clear understanding of the various original errors and their influence on the machining accuracy, and grasp the method of controlling the machining errors so as to obtain the expected machining accuracy through low machining cost and high machining efficiency.
