The professional quality of teachers is the key factor to promote and deepen the reform of preschool education. Many studies show that kindergarten teachers are not well-equipped with professional theories. Has become a precondition for early childhood education to transition to the ideal state one of the constraints. Therefore, improving the professional theoretical knowledge of kindergarten teachers is an urgent problem to be solved in improving the quality of preschool education. Kindergarten teachers’ own understanding and attitude towards professional theoretical accomplishments are the starting point for us to carry out teacher professional growth. This paper uses the questionnaire survey method, using the self-compiled open questionnaire - “kindergarten teachers professional theoretical literacy questionnaire,” kindergarten teachers according to their own point of view free to answer. The survey in Liaoning
