咪唑并苯并二氮杂(艹卓)类化合物Ro15-1788,化学名为8-氟-5,6-二氢-5-甲基-6- 氧代-4H-咪唑并[1,5-a]苯并二氮杂(艹卓)-3-羧酸乙酯。据报道,Ro15—1788能阻抑安定类药物在受体部位的特异性结合,对3-甲基氯硝西泮、安定和硝西泮引起的镇静催眠具有短时的拮抗作用。健康受试者单剂口服Ro15-1788 600mg或静注100mg,可很好被人体耐受而无显著的药理作用,清除率约700ml/min,半衰期约1h。咪达唑仑(Midazolam)
