目的观察白水河并殖吸虫囊蚴的超微形态学特征。方法应用透射电镜(TEM)观察白水河并殖吸虫囊蚴壁和囊内蚴虫。结果囊蚴壁内壁是由电子密度较低而均匀的物质构成,未见细胞和微管道结构,厚度为13.1μm,囊壁和囊内蚴虫之间有一定空隙;囊内蚴虫的体被由外皮层、肌层、皮层细胞组成,外皮层为一合体层,包括外质膜、基质、基质膜,外皮层表面呈指状突起,皮层基质内有皮棘,其根部位于基质膜,顶端被外质膜覆盖。结论通过透射电镜观察,白水河并殖吸虫囊蚴壁和囊内蚴虫的体被结构与其它几种并殖吸虫有相同点也有差异性。
Objective To observe the ultrastructural characteristics of Paragonimus metacercariae in Baishuihe. Methods Parasitic metacercariae and cysticercosis of Baishui River were observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Results The inner wall of the metacercarid wall was composed of low and uniform electron density. No cell or micro-duct structure was found. The thickness was 13.1 μm. There was a certain gap between the cyst wall and the cysticercosis. By the outer layer, myometrium and cortical cells, the outer layer is a composite layer, including the outer membrane, matrix, stromal membrane, the surface of the outer cortical finger-like protrusions, cortical stroma within the skin spine, the roots located in the stromal membrane, the top Covered by the outer membrane. Conclusions The transmission electron microscopy showed that the body structure of Paragonimus Paragulua and Paragonimus cysticercus in Baishuihe was similar to that of other paragonimiasis strains.
