本文介绍了国内粉末冶金热锻轴承的试制生产概况,通过多年的反复实验和装机使用,证明在低负荷低转速条件下有着较好的使用效果,完全可以代替轴承钢轴承,这对大搞综合利用,节约轴承钢材,发展轴承生产提供了一条新的途径,确是一个值得引起注意的动向。此外,本文还对粉末热锻轴承的生产工艺过程进行了评述,对发展中存在的问题进行了分析研究,提出了改进意见,另还提出了轴承钢废屑的回收利用问题。
