目的探讨复方硼酸含漱液的药理毒理学。方法 60只小鼠为实验对象,随机分为生理盐水组、阿司匹林组、复方硼酸含漱液低、中、高组,各12只。另选取12只大鼠进行复方硼酸含漱液急性毒性试验。采用二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀和角叉菜胶所致大鼠足趾炎症模型、热板法、扭体法以及体外抑菌试验,观察复方硼酸含漱液的抗炎、镇痛以及抑菌作用。观察实验结果。结果复方硼酸含漱液对二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀有显著的抑制作用,与生理盐水组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);复方硼酸含漱液不同剂量组提高小鼠痛阈百分率与生理盐水组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。复方硼酸含漱液对金黄色葡萄球菌、甲型链球菌等有较好的抑制及杀菌作用。并且安全低毒。结论复方硼酸含漱液具有较好的抗炎镇痛以及抑菌作用,并且疗效确切、低毒,能促进患者的尽早康复。
Objective To investigate the pharmacology and toxicology of compound boric acid gargle. Methods Sixty mice were randomly divided into normal saline group, aspirin group, compound borinic acid gargle low, medium and high group, 12 rats each. Twelve rats were also selected for acute toxicity test of compound boric acid gargle. The auricle swelling induced by xylene and carrageenan-induced rat toe inflammation model, hot plate method, writhing method and in vitro antibacterial test were used to observe the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of compound boric acid gargle And antibacterial effect. Observe the experimental results. Results Compound boric acid gargle had significant inhibitory effect on the auricle swelling caused by xylene in mice, which was significantly different from that in saline group (P <0.05) The percentage of pain threshold compared with saline group was statistically significant (P <0.05). Compound boric acid gargle on Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus A good inhibition and bactericidal effect. And safe and low toxicity. Conclusion The compound boric acid gargle has good anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects as well as antibacterial activity, and has definite curative effect and low toxicity, which can promote the early recovery of the patients.
