接触系统是由高分子量激肽原、血浆型激肽原酶前体和因子Ⅻ组成的,因此可以作为激肽系统与凝血纤溶系统的交汇。接触系统的研究不仅能为药物开发提供新的思路,而且其可以作为自身免疫性疾病的诊断、预防的标志物。该文就接触系统与激肽系统/凝血纤溶系统的关系,以及接触系统参与临床疾病的进展进行综述。“,”Contact system is composed of high molecular weight kininogen , pre-plasma kallikrein and factor Ⅻ.Therefore,it can act as the intersection of the kallikrein kinin system and fibrinolysis coagulation system.The study of contact system not only can provide a new idea for new drug production,but also can be the markers of the diagnosis and prevention for the autoimmune diseases.Here is to make a review of the rela-tionship between the contact system and kallikrein kinin system or fibrinolysis coagulation system ,as well as the main research progress of contact system involved in the clinical diseases.
